Unlike common headaches, migraines come as either moderate or severe and can cause a throbbing pain within some parts of the head.   • Chocolates

  • Fermented milk or pickled soy sauce
  • Junk food such as hotdogs and bacon
  • Aged cheese

In addition, it is important to avoid flashing lights, excessive temperatures, pungent smells, tobacco smoke and excessive noisy environments. These are the surest ways to control and avoid headache early pregnancy.
